We only ship Mon-Thurs Overnight to keep our corals healthy. 

 

Guarantee Policy

 

Prestige Worldwide Corals (PWC) takes pride in offering quality marine animals; that is why we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee. To qualify for the Live Arrival Guarantee the package must be accepted on the first delivery attempt. Prestige Worldwide Corals is not responsible for delays from the shipping companies including mechanical or weather related issues. The Live Arrival Guarantee is voided if no one is available to receive the package when UPS tries to deliver, delivery is refused, incorrect shipping address is provided, or if a package is requested to be left outside the home. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, we will work it out with you to make it right. DOA Policy

 

Prestige Worldwide Corals must be notified via email within 2 hours of delivery. In the event that a buyer does not contact Prestige Worldwide Corals in the specified 2-hour time frame, PWC reserves the right to decline DOA coverage. Digital pictures of the coral in the bag and outside of it must be included in the notification email. Do not discard the deceased animal as we may request it be returned. Prestige Worldwide Corals will respond to the claim within 2 business days with either an approval authorization code or a denied claim reason. 

Verified DOA’s will be fully credited with replacement coral or the value of the original DOA coral towards future purchase. Shipping costs are not covered or refunded. If we cannot provide a replacement of the same coral purchased, then a credit will be issued unless customer would like a substitute of equal value. 

 

Picture Guidelines

 

Digital pictures must be included in the notification email. There should be at least two pictures per DOA, one inside the bag and one out. The deceased animal must be pulled out of the bag, placed on a solid-colored flat surface that allows the animal to be clearly identified in a photo. Styrofoam box lids are a great background for pictures.

 

How to start a claim for DOA items?

We reserve the right to request the deceased animal be returned to us.

 

  • Notify Prestige Worldwide Corals by email (prestigeworldwidecorals@yahoo.com) within 2 hours of delivery
    • Include animal name and items number (if available)
  • Include digital pictures for each DOA animal received (see picture guidelines above)
  • Prestige Worldwide Corals will review and respond to the claim within 48 hours of notification
  • If we request the deceased animal be returned, animal must be placed in a freezer/sandwich bag
    • Add table salt to prevent decay
    • Keep in freezer until you are getting ready to ship

 

Shipping Rates and Information

 

We use UPS to ship all of our orders. We only ship Mon-Thurs.

 

  • Orders up to $299 - Shipping is $50 - free frag of our choosing to offset costs. You may request (or ask not to have) a particular species.
  • Orders over $300 - Shipping is Free
