Prestige Worldwide Corals (PWC) takes pride in offering quality marine animals; that is why we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee. To qualify for the Live Arrival Guarantee the package must be accepted on the first delivery attempt. Prestige Worldwide Corals is not responsible for delays from the shipping companies including mechanical or weather related issues. The Live Arrival Guarantee is voided if no one is available to receive the package when UPS tries to deliver, delivery is refused, incorrect shipping address is provided, or if a package is requested to be left outside the home. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, we will work it out with you to make it right. If you have any questions or concerns please call us or send us an email.

 

DOAs must be claimed within 2 hours of delivery.

 

We only ship Mon-Thurs, overnight UPS/FedEx.

Orders for local pickup must be retrieved within 24 hours or call us to let us know when you'll be able to pick it up. If we have not heard from you and it has not been picked up within four days, the order will be canceled.
